Ve hiç bir zorluk yaşamadan gayet güzel geçen hafta , bana &lt;strong&gt;1,5&lt;/strong&gt; kg hediye etti. Kendime bunun bir diyet olmadığını , sağlıklı ve düzenli beslenme olduğunu kabul ettirdiğim içinde sorun yaşamıyorum . Ama tatlı krizim tutarsa ne yaparım , onu da bilmiyorum. Zaten aşırı yemek yiyen biri değildim , ekmek yemezdim ama pasta yerdim. Şimdi b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;enim için önemli olan , öğünleri zamanında yemek ve su miktarını arttırmak. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#000000;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;Şimdi 2. hafta listeleri geliyor. Haftanın günleri kendi içinde yer değiştirebilir ancak dediğim gibi öğünler aralarında yer değiştiremez. Meyveler kış mevsimine göre düzenlenmişti , ben olduğu gibi yazıyorum .
